Renewals of memberships has been a major problem in the past due to just being overlooked. A prepayment option was introduced as a partial solution to this problem two years ago. To date about 20% of the membership have utilized this option  and it has gone a long way in improving the situation.

You can pre pay your dues up to 5 years which reduces the hassle of you having send a cheque in every year, reminder notices being sent from the Association, makes the Membership Co-ordinator's (Fred Schatz) job a lot easier and allows our executive to finalize the annual budget that much sooner.

In any case, for those who have not already done so please get your membership renewals out to us in a timely manner. If the prepayed option is for you please use it.

NOTE: Advanced payment dues are not included in the current budget or available for use. They are only used in the applicable year,  i.e. dues paid for 2011or later are put aside for that year.
