Chicoutimi BOI member
Captain (N) Pat Finn gave a presentation on the Chicoutimi BOI
findings. The presentation was riveting, with details given on both the
technical nature of the accident and the human aspect. Captain
Finn’s description on how and why the events unfolded as they did
brought home the tragedy of the injuries, and the training and courage
of the crew. There were numerous questions from members, and all were
answered in concise detail. This was a unique and special evening
for those members attending.
