Prior to printing the application form set your page up for printing first. In the top menu bar furthest to to the left
In ~Netscape ~ Select "File" then "Page Setup" On the page setup pop-up set all margins to .25 in. and deselect items under headers and footers
In ~Microsoft Explorer ~ Select "File" then "Page Setup" On the page setup pop-up set all margins to .25 in. and delete items in the header and footer blocks
On completion of printing click on "Back" to return to this page.
